And the Winner is…
Today was the day, that the 27th Hong Kong Film Awards were handed out. The evening’s winner was the film ‘The Warlords’ , which won many prizes. Chow Yun-Fat (nominated as Best Supporting Actor) went away empty-handed. Siqin Gaowa received Best Actress award for her role in ‘The Postmodern Life of My Aunt ‘ , Jet Li was chosen as Best Actor in the ‘Warlords’

Heute war es wiedermal soweit, die 27. Hongkong Film Awards wurden vergeben. Der Gewinner des Abends war der Film ‚The Warlords‘, der viele Preise bekam. Chow Yun-Fat (wurde als Bester Nebendarsteller nomiert) ging leer aus. Siqin Gaowa bekam den Preis als beste Schauspielerin für ihre Rolle in „The Postmodern Life of My Aunt“, Jet Li wurde als bester Schauspieler in ‚The Warlords‘ gewählt.

Chow Yun-Fat at Press Conference in Huang Shi (News)

On Sunday, 30th March, 2008 Chow Yun-Fat flew into Wuhan airport in preparation for the press conference and charity event in Huang Shi on 31st March. He had a little time to tour around the area of Huang Shi with an accompanying party.
On the afternoon of Monday, 31st March, 2008, Chow Yun-Fat attended a press conference for the film ‘Children of Huang Shi’ in Huang Shi, and appeared with the director Roger Spottiswoode. He enjoyed being filmed with the children who acted in the film around him. One of the main producers, Wieland Schulz–Keil was also seen at the press conference with Chow Yun-Fat.
A further ceremony is planned for the evening during which the singer Li Bing Bing is to sing the title song for the film in a concert

Am Sonntag, den 30. März 2008, kam Chow Yun-Fat auf dem Wuhan Flughafen an, um an der Pressekonferenz und der Wohltätigkeits-Veranstaltung in Huang Shi, die am 31. März 2008 stattfindet, teilzunehmen. Er hatte auch Zeit, um sich die Stadt anzusehen.
Am Montag nachmittag, den 31. März 2008, nahm Chow Yun-Fat zusammen mit dem Regisseur Roger Spottiswoode an der Pressekonferenz für den Film 'Children of Huang Shi' teil. Einer der Produzenten, Wieland Schulz–Keil, war auch anwesend.
Eine weitere Veranstaltung ist für den Abend geplant, in deren Verlauf Li Bing Bing den Titelsong des Films singen wird.

"Children of Huang Shi" - Premiere Hongkong (News)

On Tuesday, 25th March 2008, the first premiere for the film ‘Children of Huang Shi’ took place in Hong Kong. Chow Yun-Fat attended with his wife, Jasmine, and commented on the film to the press.
Unfortunately Michelle Yeoh was unable to attend due to commitments elsewhere.
The posters shown for the film gave the title ‘ Escape from Huang Shi’.
The next Children of Huang Shi premiere for mainland China is to take place on April 1st in Beijing.

Am gestrigen Dienstag, den 25. März, fand die Premiere von 'Children of Huang Shi' in Hongkong statt. Chow Yun-Fat und seine Frau Jasmine waren dabei.
Leider war Michelle Yeoh nicht anwesend, sie hatte andere Termine und konnte deswegen nicht teilnehmen.
Die nächste Premiere für den Film findet am 1. April in Peking statt.
