The weather in HK around october is nice, not too warm and the humidity is bearable.

I had to share this with you because it was too funny. I was looking at pics of CYF and my 3 year old grand-daughter pointed to my avatar and said look Mimi, its Pop. My husband has the same color hair and the mustache is exactly the same except my husband has a little gray in it, His eyebrows are identical to CYF. I knew there was a resemblance, but that was so funny. Sure wish my husband had that million dollar smile.
There are only two people I know of that have that smile, and it is CYF and Fat Ma. :D :D :D :D :D

For me , it's not so bad, but my family tell me they cannot live without tomato ketchup and vinegar!!!!!

What I couldn`t live without ... ? Actually, last time in HK was the very first time I took my notebook along and used the internet. ... I really can`t tell you, what I absolutely can`t live without on holidays.
Most important thing to me is, no one is calling my name (Miss ... is need this! Miss ... my notebook doesn`t work anymore, could you have a look! Miss ... I don`t understand this question!).
You bet, I can live without ketchup and vinegar! :004:

Thanks ShiShi, I'm looking forward to rolling about on the beach ( !) and drinking lots of French wine.

Actually we then go back to England and have a week after that in Devon by the sea with all our relatives and little cousins. So it's a two-week break. I'm really hoping the washing machine will be working in our Devon holiday cottage!!!!
So ShiShi, you can carry on the good work in the office ( ) , dreaming of Hong Kong in October....., Hang-Fai , have a fantastic time in Hungary , and Teqs, well, ...... you just keep out of trouble!!!!
And everyone else - don't post anything too exciting without me!!
Need to hit the sack now. Gotta get up at 3.30 am :057: :088:

Hello girls, how are you? :D

I've been pretty busy in the last months working a lot, but I'm still in China and... 2 weeks ago I was in Hong Kong!!!!! :D :D :D :D

The company that I'm working for (import/export company) payed me the flight, visa and a hotel in HK. I went there to change my Chinese visa from student to business visa as I'm a worker now in China and change here is a little boring...

Anyway! I just stayed in Hong Kong for 3 days, but I enjoyed it a lot! Walked around, took pictures, enjoyed the views, bought lots of movies (hahahaha) and had a good time! I couldn't go to all the places I wanted but it's ok, I will try to go back to Hong Kong soon. I am living in Beijing for nearly two years and just now I could go there, really a shame but I didn't have time before to do so...

But it was really nice. I hope next time I can meet some CYF fans that posts here (even thou I don't really know who lives in HK). One picture:

Hey Ching,

wonderful pic! Indeed brings back good memories.
Good to hear you've been able to see HK and (of course) enjoyed it.

How's life in Beijing, still enjoying it? Will you be staying for years to come (since you work there now)?

I'll be in Hong Kong and Guangzhou in the end of October so if you're around at that time....

Hey Shishi!

Maybe I will be in Guangzhou in october, for the Guangzhou Import and Export Fair. I went there in April also to join this fair and I think I will go again. If I really go I can contact with you :).

About life in Beijing it's good, I've been living here for two years now and I don't know when I will go back to my country. It already feels like home :P, even working too much I still enjoy my life here. The bad thing is the weather... Recently everyday is so hot! And in winter it is SO COLD hahahahaha. But it's ok... You are going to HK and Guangzhou just to travel?

Good to hear you feel right at home in China, Ching!
I think it's great you followed your dream and just did it. It inspires me!

Might be cool if we are in Guangzhou at the same time. I'm not there for the fair but it is a business trip. I'm in the 'internet biz' and we outsource work to China so I'll visit one of our partners there. Also in HK I will visit some companies ... but also make time to enjoy the city of course

I will only be in GZ for 2 days but let me know when you're there. We might at least meet up for a drink.
